Flowers

Summer's bloom,
Winter's fall
The cycle continues
After all

In night the Fairer
Folk regale
Till iron swung
With much avail

Lights of flower
Cast asunder
Tick tock,
Goes the clock.

Mortal time is
Running out
Of that the Queen
Could do without

Twilight falls
The boy, the ace
Wreaks havoc wrapped
In Dark's embrace

A sliver, a shudder
A breath drawn in
The boy avenges
His fallen kin

Spring, Summer
Autumn, Winter
The startled
Humans run

Beware, ma chérie
Flee and hide

For Justice it has come.
